I have lived the Carnivore lifestyle for 4 years, this is my experience;
You doctor is going to turn against you, or tell you that what you are doing is dangerous.
Your family will think you are crazy, and your friends will think you are better than them.
Very few in the mainstream are going to side with you, and even those you think are allies will show their true colors when dessert is an option.
This is a revolution against the very institutions that said meat causes cancer, sugar is perfectly fine for you, and grains are an important part of every meal.
I will teach you my methods to retrain your way of thinking, to know what food is of value and what is a waste or will cause pain, and unneeded suffering. You will not require Willpower to become proficient in this way of eating, as it will come as natural to you as it is to me.
I want to build a community of like minded people, to help them achieve the results I have, if not better.
