Hello from Arkansas!
Hello Everyone! Excited to be here and to learn and share with everyone. I lost around 50 pounds on carnivore (ketovore sometimes) and have been able to keep it off mostly. I lost another 30 pounds but only because of illness and I already gained that back. Getting back to carnivore as I still have a lot to lose. I just got a Ninja Foodi grill/air fryer and looking forward to using it.
