Dose change worked!
I logged everything I ate in cronimeter and measured all my daily exercise. I monitored my blood sugar and ketones and saw no change on the scale or tape measure. 😢 So I increased my thyroid medicine and the scale moved down a few lbs. I called the doctor to renew the higher dose prescription. I only had several doses left. So May should show results for all my obedience. This was today's GKI readings.
