Can an $8 Laptop Handle Web Development?

The time has finally come! I finished my first video in a series of videos on super cheap, used laptops and if they can handle basic Web Development tasks. Take a look at my first video which features an $8 2018 Lenovo 100e Chromebook. It only has 4GB of RAM and a 32GB Hard Drive. Do you think it's up for the task?

My goal with these videos is to break any sort of barriers that anyone interested in Web Development might have with budget. Between $7/month courses and $8 laptops, web development should be accessible to anyone looking to break into this field.
