Hi everyone! My name is Victoria, and I have spent the majority of my career in HR Analytics.
I'm energized by consulting with partners to understand their challenges, connect dots across systems and team, and help them make better, faster decisions using data. I thrive at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution - translating complex information into clear narratives and scalable solutions. I'm passionate about creating efficiency, improving processes, and building tools that make work easier for others. Long-term, I'm excited to keep growing in roles that let me influence strategy, scale impact, and support people and teams through meaningful, insight-driven work.
