Market update
Overall the market is softening heavily, gas prices and interest rates continue to stay high
With that being said, keep in mind people are pay check to pay check as the economy is not great 💵 this brings a lot more demand for cheap cars, not expensive ones
I think it’s smart to be a little more careful with the expensive cars, 10k +
I just sold a cheaper civic, and Camry for 5-7k, both buyers needed to get loans. I’m constantly sending info to folks lenders because people don’t have money
