EXAMPLE:

Engaged: 5 members on the Love Board
Focus: Recording a video about creating 10 posts from 10 minutes video
RULES:
- Keep it short - 3 lines is perfect
- Post every day (streaks matter for prizes)
- Be honest - if you skipped a day, say so
- Cheer others on - like and comment on standups you relate to
