Club Athletico Parceiros (CAP) is a San Francisco–born youth soccer club built on development, culture, and real human connection. We believe soccer is more than a sport—it’s a tool to teach discipline, confidence, accountability, creativity, and joy. At CAP, players are coached by people who have lived the game, understand the local soccer ecosystem, and genuinely care about the long-term growth of each child, both on and off the field. We intentionally remain a small, community-driven club so families always have access, clarity, and a voice.
As we continue to solidify our identity, our goal is to build a strong, informed, and supportive CAP community—one where players develop properly, parents understand the process, and values matter just as much as results. Through education, communication, and shared standards, we aim to create an environment where kids feel respected, challenged, and inspired, and where families feel confident they are part of something meaningful.
