Performance Issues after 25.1 Upgrade
Request from a NetSuite Customer:
I’m reaching out because our NetSuite instance has been running very slowly, especially on transaction pages. After entering a part number, it takes anywhere from 15 to 60 seconds for all line-item details to load.
Since the March 2025 upgrade, these response times have only worsened. We’ve already optimized several scripts and workflows, but the performance issues persist.
Do you have any experience or recommendations for improving NetSuite performance? Any insights or best practices you could share would be greatly appreciated.
