Welcome to the Canna G.E.M.S. community! This is a space for budtenders, GMs, brands, and allies to learn, connect, and grow together. To keep this community safe, supportive, and impactful, we ask everyone to honor these guidelines:
1. Growth
Weāre all here to learn. Share knowledge, ask questions, and be open to new perspectives. Your favorite probably isn't my favorite but that doesn't make you wrongš¤š½
2. Education
Lead with facts and clarity. When discussing products, policies, or practices, share information responsibly and with accuracy. Please be sure to site any facts you share or preface with this being your personal experience.
3. Motivation
Celebrate wins, big or small! Encourage others, and remember that your words can inspire someoneās journey.
4. Support
This is a judgment-free zone. Be kind, inclusive, and respectful of different backgrounds, roles, and experiences. Here we LISTEN and we DO NOT judge.
5. Respect Boundaries
- No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Keep conversations professionalāno direct selling or spamming.
- Respect confidentiality: whatās shared here stays here.
6. Cannabis Responsibility
- Consumption discussions are welcome, but promotion of underage or irresponsible use is not.
- Remember: weāre here to normalize cannabis through education and empowerment.
7. Contribute to the Vibe
This community is what we make it. Post, comment, share, and upliftāwe all add to the culture.
