20+ buildings - 50+ units
I signed an LOI and am walking 50+ units over 20+ Multi-family buildings in the Lowell area tomorrow to see if this might be our NEXT syndication project. Chances are it’s a dud but “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” ~Michael Scott (Wayne Gretzky)
