What return should I get?
Hello,
So I have a multiplex build opportunity that I age investors for, but I don’t know what return to offer them in a pitch. I’m looking at a 15-20% IRR over 18 months. I’ll be part money investor and all operations as the realtor and builder. Thoughts?
