Me / m' — Myself (m' before vowels: Je m'assis, Je me lave)
Te / t' — You / to you (t' before vowels: Je t'explique, Je te lave)
Se / s' — Himself / herself / themselves (s' before vowels: Il s'exprime, Il se lave)
Mon — My (masculine nouns)
Son — His
Ma — My (feminine nouns)
Sa — Her
These are called reflexive and possessive pronouns — they're small but they show up in almost every sentence you'll ever hear in French.
