Now that the foundations are laid, it’s time to move into the body.
Instead of jumping straight into intense physical training; our very first practice is an invitation to shift your focus inward. There is no performance metric here, just a follow-along, and absolutely no pressure to achieve a specific result.
The goal is simply to see how your nervous system and your body respond to this kind of internal work.
🌀 THE PRACTICE
In this video, I share a simple follow-along rocking practice to explore and awaken the pelvis and the pelvic floor. We will focus on reconnecting with an organic fluid motion—the inner pulse at the origin of core activation.
This practice also helps you come back to your center, restore whole-body connectivity, and tap into the power at our core through sensual energy and feeling capacity.
Setup: Find a quiet space on the floor where you can move comfortably. You don’t need gym clothes or equipment—just 13 minutes to explore the deep space of your pelvis and lower back through a gentle, guided rocking motion.
💡 HOW TO APPROACH THIS
- Drop the Effort: If you catch yourself trying too hard to contract your abs or "force" a movement, take a breath and soften.
- Follow the Sensations: Pay attention to the subtle shifts in pressure and fluid motion inside your structure.
- Be a Curious Observer: Treat this like a gentle scientific trial where you are the subject. Whatever you feel (or don't feel) is exactly right.
💬 DROP A COMMENT BELOW
Since this is our first practical exploration, I’m incredibly curious to hear how this lands for you. After you finish the video, take a moment to share your feedback in the comments:
- How did your body respond to this type of internal focus?
- Did anything surprise you, or did you notice any areas holding unexpected tension?
There are no wrong answers and no expectations—just a space to share what you noticed.
