Building in public
I really like the concept of building a business in the open. So you can see what I am doing and so that I can plan and think out loud. So here we go.
The plan for Cadence is this:
- make a community (DONE)
- Invite members (IN PROGRESS)
- write the software (IT WORKS!)
- Invite members (Hello?)
- Import COACHES as LEADS from Lead Gen Method
- Setup Email Contacting Sequence
- Contact each lead
- Run weekly online seminars to educate and get subscribers
Now, let's document each step!
