Hi Everyone - I'm Jared
I’m excited to be here and to see this community starting to take shape. A little bit about me, I work at the intersection of operations, business development, and systems strategy, helping teams build clear structures that scale and actually work in real life.
I am the owner of Freestyle Consulting, where we focus on integrating strategy, systems, and execution to help companies grow with clarity and momentum. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries — from fitness and tech to venture investing — always with a focus on building strong foundations and unlocking new opportunities.
In addition to systems and strategy, I also work closely on leadership and team development, drawing from my educational background in psychology and physiology to support high-performance individuals and teams. My passion lies in combining operational excellence with human performance — helping people and businesses grow in sync.
Outside of work, I’m a world traveler with a deep love for the outdoors. Whether it’s snowboarding, hiking alpine trails, or biking through new terrain, I’m always chasing fresh air and new experiences. I also train in boxing, jiu jitsu, muay thai, and other martial arts as part of a disciplined practice and spiritual development — complemented by tai chi and yoga for mobility, balance, and recovery. On my off days, you’ll usually find me somewhere in the mountains or swimming in the ocean — the places that help me recharge both mentally and physically.
What I’m most excited about here is:
