You are the ONLY one..

There is a specific kind of tired that does not come from working too much.

It comes from being the only person in the building who understands how everything connects.

You know why the intake form has to be filled before Wednesday. You know which client will notice if the invoice goes out a day late.

You know that the automation everyone praises is held together by one step you do manually on Friday nights and have never told anyone about.

None of that is written down. It lives in you.

Which means you cannot be away from it, and you cannot hand it over, and every conversation about growth eventually arrives at the same quiet realisation that the constraint is you.

Most advice for that situation is about time management. It is not a time problem.

It is that you have nobody to think with.

Not staff. Staff need answers from you, which is more load, not less.

Not friends, who are supportive and do not know what a handoff failure is. Not a consultant on a six week engagement, who will hand you a document and leave.

Someone in roughly your position, looking at roughly your problem, who has already made the mistake you are two weeks away from making.

That is what BSA is for.

It is a room of founders, operators and consultants who are all the integration layer of their own businesses. People post the thing they are stuck on. Not the polished version, the actual one. Someone who solved it last quarter answers.

Two people realise they are building the same thing and start comparing notes. Somebody says the sentence you needed to hear about your own business, and it lands harder because they are in it too.

No performing. No pretending the system works better than it does.
