System Creation
How do you create a new system or workflow? What is your impetus? It’s usually a problem to be solved. What is the desired outcome? Who works within the system or process who is feeling the pain or wasted time? These are basic questions, but sometimes we forget to ask them. How can we make work easier while maintaining or increasing quality of output?
