AI isn’t protecting my time - it’s producing more output in the same time .. and it might be worth it

It’s a sad truth but these where my thoughts you all

With the usage of AI, you’re not securing time or working less - by any means! You’re just using your time more efficiently so as to produce more work.You work the same and produce more. Period.

And I appreciate AI for this don’t get me wrong. But hell no I’m not working less.

Bit about my work

I’ve been feeling genuinely confused lately with how many projects I have to deal with (and it’s 1/5th of a founders role my mind you), and honestly, having my own command center has been one of the most helpful things in my daily processes. Building SOPs, finding documents on Google Drive, sending commands to Trello boards, to Slack, to the sales team, onto email, all from one place.

And every time that I feel that overwhelm creeping in, I’m just asking Athen (our AI master commander) to make

a brief summary of what I have worked on in the past three or four chats and then
give me action items and then
populate my Trello board with those action items and
set due dates,
flag them with specific labels, etcetera. And it just does everything.

Honestly, I don’t know what I would do without that workflow at this point.

I probably need to learn to untangle myself without her help.
