I'm Sherrie Kapala. I'm a Certified Christian Life Coach for weight loss. (Crazy, huh?) LOL. I help Christian women to stop seeking a # on the scale and to seek God first. It's a call on my life that yanked me STRAIGHT out of a Corporate Executive Career. I don't miss THAT a bit and now I don't even feel like I'm working, though I clearly do.
