Art as Meditation
My career was in Recreation and Art Therapy. I love being retired and following my childhood dreams now of being an author, illustrator and jockey (ok maybe not the jockey).
I am thinking of opening up on the importance of play, of art of recreation in our hustle culture. The Art of LEISURE.
Tell me your favorite rainy day activity as a kiddo. Mine was coloring (especially horses).
