How to find buyers who can accept fb call only ads for auto Insurance campaign?

Hey! hope y'all are doing well. I am new in pay per call and a team of one, I am about to launch my first campaign and everything is ready to go. I am doing everything including creatives plus media buying by myself but I am not good in building landing pages and funnels. So the only problem I am facing right now is I am unable to find buyers who can buy calls which are coming from fb call only ads and messenger. If anyone can help me to find buyers who can accept traffic through fb call only ads I would really appreciate it.
