Hi all, hope you all are doing well.I’m running Facebook Ads for my auto insurance but haven’t generated a single call despite decent click-through rates and low cost per result. I’d love feedback on what I might be missing.
My setup:
- Campaign objective: Sales and Leads.
- Audience: Broad (tried targeted)
- Ads: Image ads with CTAs like “Call Now for Instant Quotes.”
- Budget: $50/day per adset (8 adsest, 1 ad per adset) .
- Tracking: Networks tracking not using my own trackingThe problem:
- Over 1,000 clicks across campaigns, but zero calls.
- Landing page is simple with a clear call button and no forms.What I’ve tried:
1. Switching from Traffic to Sales and Leads objective.
2. Testing urgent copy like “Limited-Time Quotes.”
3. Creating call-only ad variations.
4. Ensuring compliance (no flagged words).Any advice on troubleshooting or tests to run would mean a lot!Thank you!
