Cracking the mitochondria code
I started my mitochondria remodel just over a year ago and am now starting to see the tangible benefits. This dude lays it out in a solid order. I ran mots before ss31 then ran them together. You will feel NOTHING on ss31 and it’s not cheap, however it lays the groundwork for the entire stack.
Adding NAD+ At the end is like adding performance fuel to your turbo charged engine. Putting high octane fuel into a 1986 Honda Accord and wondering why your car isn’t faster? Rebuild the engine first.
