Looking for a Business Partner

I’m an AI and software engineer based in Japan.
Japanese is my native language, so it is very difficult to communicate in English, especially when discussing business.
So I’m currently looking to expand my work and build a long-term partnership with someone who has strong English communication skills.
I do not require any knowledge of development.
