If your business started falling apart tomorrow, what would be the first thing you would fix?
My answer:
Cashflow first.
You can have bad systems, messy processes and a thousand things to improve, but if the cash stops coming in you run out of time to fix any of them.
Stop the bleeding first, stabilise the business, then build the systems prope
