Domaine issue help

I have a domain stuck in the buildy setup for domains. I can't delete it nor add my correct one. Mine was purchased through Buildy. What created the problem was when I selected the domain, I didn't see the purchase window so I thought it was stuck, so I selected another domain. This caused the first to continue to check for purchased status and it's stuck. i have a support ticket open but this has put me at a stan-still with my project..
