I wonder how often people who are using ChatGPT for business development or process improvement activities find that it truly misses the mark?
In my experience, as long as you are able to describe the situation, and the business model around the topic - its basically like having a super power. It is able to take "this is our problem" and "this is how our business functions" with a simple "what is the industry best practice" and you have a nearly exactly tailored solution (even in highly niche fields or problems) within a 5 minute brainstorm.
If you need to pitch that, then just follow up with "do a hormozi dream outcome lever analysis for the target avatars of who this pitch needs to go to", the have it write the copy.
Then have it write the procedure copy. That's it. That is 98% of cooperate America solved in 3 prompts, 15 minutes tops.
Rinse and repeat.
