I’ll Be Honest…
I just wrote for over an hour - just to realize that the story I worked on isn’t ready to post. I thought I totally had this concept nailed and I could write it stream of consciousness and people would get it.
And maybe they could have.
However as much as I believe in “build in public” right now - I also believe that a bad story doesn’t become good just because I make a caveat that it “may not be ready yet.”
I’ll be honest, at first I was bummed out I did work that didn’t get the result I wanted. But with a little time I saw the value in the story I experienced even I hadn’t yet achieved my goal.
The value is that I practiced, I moved the ball forward, I found things that worked and I didn’t give up.
I will post that project, after I have put the work in to clearly communicate my intention to the audience.
