Step 5: Identify Your Stage

Post your stage and what you need most.
Step 6: Pick One Business Leak
What is currently costing you the most?
Pricing? No leads? Poor follow-up? No systems? Bad offer? Too much custom work? Not enough profit?
Tell us the biggest thing you’re stuck on right now.
Step 7: Take One Action - What are you building this month?
Do not just consume.
Pick one thing to build, fix, send, post, record, price, document, or improve this week.
Step 8: Complete the First 10 Customers Challenge
Make a list of 10 people, businesses, or referral sources you could reach out to this week.
Step 9: Community Use & Blueprint Start
Use the community forums, resources, & begin your blueprint!
Don’t worry about sounding perfect. Messy is fine. Early is fine. Confused is fine.
