📖 Day 2 – The Word Was God
John 1:1 (NKJV)
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Devotional Thought:
Jesus is not just a teacher. He is not just a prophet.
He is God.
From the very beginning, before creation, before time, Christ existed. When we follow Jesus, we are not following a philosophy — we are following God Himself.
If Jesus is truly God, then His words carry authority over our lives.
Reflection Question:
Do you treat Jesus’ words as suggestions or as truth with authority?
🙏 Prayer:
Lord, help me honor You not just as Savior, but as God over my life. Amen.
