10 things you need before you write a single line of code. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ
I see people open a code editor before they know what they're building. That's the mistake... not the code, the order.
1. One sentence describing what it does
2. The problem it solves - IN the user's words
3. Who is the ONE person it's for
4. Core features list AND an "out of scope" list
5. A rough wireframe (paper works)
6. Your data model: what are you storing
7. Your auth plan: who can log in
8. Your tool stack decided in advance
9. A definition of "done" for v1
10. One hour blocked on your calendar
The full checklist PDF is at yessieperez.com .
Grab it, print it, put it next to your laptop.
