Your Future Community Vision
If your community had 1,000 active members a year from now, what would you want them to be saying about it?
Not about you specifically, but about what being part of it did for them.
How did it make them feel? What did it help them achieve? What changed for them?
This question forces you to zoom out from the daily grind of posts, views, and comments… and look at what you’re actually building. Because when you have a clear vision of the transformation your members will experience, every little action you take today starts to line up behind it.
Think about things like:
- What kind of results would make you proud?
- What new habits or confidence would you want members to develop?
- What kind of culture would make your group feel alive, supportive, and fun?
- How would they describe your community to their friends in one sentence?
You don’t have to overthink it. Just finish this sentence:
“I’d love for my members to say… [fill in your dream result here]”
It could be something like:
“I’d love for my members to say this community helped them finally take action on their dream.”
"I’d love for my members to say they made real friends here who believed in them.”
“I’d love for my members to say they turned a side project into a full-time thing thanks to the accountability here.”
