Pushing Through the Dip
I’ll be honest with you.
The last week or so, I’ve been feeling a bit discouraged. Some days it feels like I’m putting in the effort, showing up, doing the work… but not really seeing much movement.
It’s easy to let that get in your head. To wonder if it’s even working.
But I’ve been reminding myself that this is part of the journey. The slow stretches, the quiet days, they’re all part of building something real.
I’m not going anywhere.
Even on the tough days, I’d rather keep moving forward slowly than stop completely.
If you’ve been feeling stuck or discouraged too, just know you’re not the only one.
We all have bad days. The key is not to let those days define you.
Everyone loves the start.
That rush of excitement when you’re learning something new, getting results, and it all feels like it’s finally happening.
Then comes the dip.
That quiet stretch where things slow down, progress feels invisible, and doubt starts creeping in.
This is the point where most people quit. Not because they failed, but because it stopped feeling exciting.
If you’re in that dip right now, remember this: It’s temporary.
The dip is where skills form, habits stick, and real growth happens.
Don’t restart. Don’t give up.
Just adjust and keep moving.
You don’t need a breakthrough today, you just need to keep showing up long enough for the next one to arrive.
