3,000+ niches! 🎉

The Online Community Niche Finder now has more than 3,000 different community niches inside it, which feels slightly ridiculous considering this started as a much smaller tool to help people answer one annoying question:

“What could I actually build a community around?”

There are now niche ideas covering businesses, hobbies, careers, health, parenting, creative interests, personal development, lifestyle topics and plenty of things I’d never have thought to search for myself. You can browse by category, compare the demand and income potential, save your favourites, and turn your shortlist into a PDF starter plan.

I’ve tried to make it useful for both kinds of people. The person who has absolutely no idea what their community should be about, and the person who already has twelve ideas and needs help choosing one before they accidentally start all twelve.

Crossing 3,000 feels like a pretty exciting milestone, but I’m definitely not finished. I’ll keep adding new niches, improving the recommendations and making the tool more useful.
