As I move forward, watch the videos, and complete the tasks, I become more engaged with this new way of job searching. I’ve realized that we are shifting from a passive approach to a completely active strategy, one that can even be applied to other aspects of our professional communication. I especially like the idea of seeing networking and making connections as a technique rather than something accidental or left to chance. It is a smart, well-designed approach that has proven to be impactful.

BTE has been a great space for growth beyond just the job search. I’ve especially enjoyed improving skills like communication, public speaking, networking, confidence, and how to present ideas more effectively. What makes it valuable is the combination of practical learning, real conversations, and a supportive community where people genuinely learn from each other. It’s a place that encourages you to keep practicing, sharing, and growing both professionally and personally. Thanks, Alex!

Absolutely 5-Star! I’m very happy to be part of this community. Being surrounded by people with similar goals motivates me to grow, improve my skills, and find new opportunities. Having a professional coach who shows us where to start and how to move forward makes a huge difference. Everyone supports and encourages each other. For me, Breakthrough Elites is more than a community. It’s a place for guidance, motivation, support, and positive energy. Thank you, Alex, for creating it!

This is one of the most supportive and valuable communities I’ve found, especially for job searching. Everything we learn is practical, focused, and goal-oriented. Alex is always looking for ways to improve the sessions, asking for feedback, and helping us achieve better results. I’ve also met many talented professionals who are learning to present their strengths confidently after immigrating. I’m truly grateful—this community supports both my career and personal growth.

My experience in this community has been amazing. I never realized how many techniques and strategies there are to successfully find and pursue your dream job. I’ve learned so much about LinkedIn, professional networking, public speaking, and interviews, and I’m still learning every day. Beyond professional growth, it has also had a meaningful impact on my personal growth, confidence, and mindset. Truly grateful to be part of this community!
