What is a healthy daily plate look like?
A simple rule:
  • ½ plate → Vegetables & fruits
  • ¼ plate → Protein (fish, chicken, beans)
  • ¼ plate → Whole grains (brown rice, oats, quinoa)
  • Add a little healthy fat (olive oil, avocado)
