Hi, this is a place for anyone who wants to learn how to heal their own body, learn how to help other people feel better in theirs, and/or build a real income doing that.

It exists because I know how uncomfortable it feels to be stuck in a body that's in pain, and how hard it is to find a real solution. I also know how hard it is for practitioners in the wellness industry to find the confidence to build a business and make money from home.
