✨ One Thing I Wish I Knew as a First-Time Mom…
Hey mamas 💛
As a mom of three (and a pediatric physical therapist), something I wish I had truly understood from the very beginning is how much a baby’s physical development is connected to their confidence, learning, emotions, and even how they bond with us.
It’s not about doing more—it’s about feeling empowered to notice and gently support what they’re already trying to do.
Creating a positive environment doesn’t have to be overwhelming—it can be as simple as:
  • Letting tummy time be playful instead of a chore
  • Understanding when your baby is telling you they’re ready to move
  • Giving yourself grace while learning how to guide them
I’ve seen over and over how small moments of support early on can lead to major milestones later—physically, emotionally, even socially.
Curious—what’s one thing you’ve felt unsure about when it comes to your baby’s development? I’d love to hear your experiences 💬
