Taking Action
Enjoyed zoom call with Ray. Received actionable feedback and a chance to evaluate my business. Since the meeting, I have reduced my working days from 5 to 3, and based on the numbers, I need to complete 14 jobs a month to reach my monthly income goals. Before, I humbly admit I was just running around like every day was a 4th and 1 play. Now there is additional clarity and a focused effort understand and manage the numbers/data. Not where we want to eventually be, but making forward progress to getting out of the truck.
