Choose Your Phase During Each Session
Hi ladies, I've divided the co-writing sessions into "30min sprints." Depending on where you are in your writing process you will choose your phase and description. (Example Phase 2- Brain Dump Ideas)
Then we will write within 3 30min "sprints" and the last 30min will be reserved for Q&A. Gaining momentum is the goal. See you soon
At every session:

🟢 PHASE 1 — FOUNDATION
Clarify the Book Before You Write
Goal: Build a book that actually sells
Most people skip this and write random ideas.We don’t.
We position first.
Complete:
- Kingdom Writers Blueprint
- Define 1 clear reader
- Identify 1 painful problem
- Craft 1 clear solution
- Define the transformation (Zero → Hero)
- Watch “How to Title Your Book”
- Choose title + subtitle
- Outline chapters
Outcome:
✅ Clear message
✅ Marketable book concept
✅ Chapter roadmap
✅ Confidence to start writing
Truth: Clarity sells books. Not talent.
🟡 PHASE 2 — DRAFT
Write the Messy First Draft Fast
Goal: Finish the manuscript
Perfection is banned here.
We focus on:speed + momentum + volume
During sprints:
- Write chapters
- Tell stories
- Brain dump ideas
- Add examples
- Hit word count
Rules:
- No editing
- No rereading
- No polishing
- Done > perfect
Outcome:
✅ Full messy manuscript (20k–40k words)
Truth: You can’t edit a blank page.
🔵 PHASE 3 — REVISE
Turn Messy Into Clear
Goal: Make the book powerful + readable
Now we shape the message.
During sprints:
- Tighten sentences
- Cut fluff
- Clarify ideas
- Strengthen hooks
- Improve flow
- Add frameworks/tools
- Strengthen transformation
Focus: Every chapter must create a result for the reader.
Outcome:
✅ Clean second draft
✅ Clear, helpful, actionable book
Truth: Clear books get 5-star reviews.
🟣 PHASE 4 — PRODUCE
Make It Professional
Goal: Stop DIY-ing. Look legit.
This is where authors become professionals.
Hire on Fiverr:
- Editor (recommended)
- Formatter
- Cover designer
Also create:
- Back cover copy
- Amazon description
- Endorsements
- Bonus resources/workbooks
Outcome:
✅ Professionally edited manuscript
✅ Beautiful cover
✅ Retail-ready files
Truth: A bad cover kills sales. Professional design matters.
🟠 PHASE 4.5 — PLATFORM
Build Your Book’s Home Base
Goal: Have somewhere to send people
Before outreach or TikTok lives, you need a link.
Not a complicated website.Just one clean sales page.
Set up:
- Carrd / Stan / ConvertKit page
- Book headline + promise
- Who it’s for
- Benefits
- Cover mockup
- About the author
- Preorder or buy button
During sprints:
- Write landing page copy
- Build email list
- Create preorder page
Outcome:
✅ One clear link to share everywhere
✅ Professional presence
✅ Leads + preorders
Truth: Traffic without a page = lost sales.
🔴 PHASE 5 — SELL & BUILD DEMAND
Don’t Publish Quietly. Sell First.
Goal: Get buyers before launch
This is what separates hobby authors from best sellers.
During sprints:
- Outreach to orgs/schools/churches/nonprofits
- Pitch bulk orders
- Book workshops/speaking
- Go live on TikTok
- Post daily content
- Build community
- Collect testimonials
- Secure preorders
Focus: Conversations > algorithms
Outcome:

Ship the Book
Goal: Go live + celebrate

- Upload to Lulu or BookVault
- Final checks
- Launch announcements
- Lives + content daily
- Testimonials
- Share wins
Outcome:
✅ Published author
✅ Book available for sale
✅ Revenue rolling in
✅ Authority established
