Hi guys I finally got a meeting with a roofing company to sell a Vapi voice agent to them, but I’m slightly concerned on how I would add their phone number to vapi. Like all companies they already have a number they use and I’m not sure how to integrate my AI voice agent so it can pick up calls from the same number they already have. I want it to pick up calls instantly after hours, and during open hours pick up after 10 seconds of ringing so it’s like a fallback option. Can anyone help me with importing the already existing roofing companies number. Thanks!
