Retell outbound call issue

Hi everyone,

Is anyone using Retell for AI voice agents and delivering to the clients from Europe or Singapore? If yes, from what platform are you using to purchase the number to make outbound calls? I am using Twilio and have US numbers, but when I am doing outbound calls from Retell to Malta or Singapore numbers, I am getting a "dial_failed" error. Any idea what could be causing this?
