Hi . Love the community! I'm an AI Voice newbie. Wanted to set this up: Here’s my scenario:
I have a water damage client I want to forward calls to.
Facebook/Google ads and other means of incoming calls
When the call comes into a phone number through retell, the ai agent prescreens the calls for homeowner and water damage.
If the customer says yes, it would forward direct to the client (but I want to record the entire conversation once transferred and put into Go High Level.
How do I record that “forwarded call” to the new client?
My other thoughts:
Forward to Go High Level, and go from there? But then, I’m using 2 forwarding nodes before it goes to the client, so it seems like bad logic.
I just need to have an ai receptionist answer the call and transfer to client. I would like it to go into Go High Level first, record there and send to client. That way, I can give the client access to the subaccount in Go High Level and hear the whole recording. Is that possible?
