Question about AI Voice integration with business phones

I've seen hundreds of videos of people showing you how easy it is to create an AI Voice Receiptionist but noone seems to cover how you integrate it with an existing businesses phone system. I have heard some say you can forward with business line to your AI Agent Twilio number but wasn't sure that was the best way.

What are you guys doing to integrate your AI Voice agents into business phone lines/systems?
