I have a client who is struggling with his outreach method and wants it to be automated

I have created an automation on Make to see if there are any tweaks and turns required

-Google Sheets (Watch Rows) new client lead triggers flow.

-OpenAI (ChatGPT) generates personalized outreach emails.

-Gmail / Outlook (Send Email) → send first email.

-Delay Module → wait 3 days.

-Router

-If no reply: send follow-up email.

-If reply received (via Gmail “Watch Emails”): stop sequence + notify recruiter on Slack/Email.
