Probably some of you use tools like Fireflies or Meetgeek to transcript meetings. I want to implement this for a business including automated meeting transcript documents and a voice message via Whatsapp or Telegram with the summary and action items of the meeting. The company Im working with has about 20 employees all joining different meetings. If I understand the pricing pages from all of these Meeting tools (MeetGeek, Fireflies and many others) correctly, you pay the subscription fee PER USER. See for example https://fireflies.ai/pricing
This would mean that we have to get subscriptions for 20 employees which cost minimal 200$ a month.. This is too expensive for the client. Did any of you implement a meeting transcript automation for a business before and how did you do this as cost efficient as possible? Are there other solutions not requiring 20 subscriptions?
