Medspa system Voice AI

Hi everyone, I’d appreciate some guidance.

I recently presented a Voice AI demo (Retell) to a US client. He was very impressed with how natural the agent sounded and was satisfied with the conversation quality.

However, during the second follow-up, he mentioned that instead of a only voice ai calling system, he wants a system. Like CRM, outbound flow and in bound flow.

He’s already running Facebook ads and using Podium for messaging.

Since this was my first demo, I’m feeling a bit anxious and would really appreciate advice on how to position this, price it, and move forward.
