Lead Generation System

Has anyone built out a high performing lead generation system? I have a HR consulting services client that is looking for outbound lead generation. I was previously using Instantly for cold/mass outreach, but this time around I'm thinking more along the lines of personalized outreach using Apify for LinkedIn profile scraping, code for lead parsing/scoring, and lead nurturing + scheduling, all built within n8n. Apify LinkedIn scraping doesn't provide emails though, and there is a limit for connection requests/messaging before being flagged.

Is there a way to bypass this? If not, how are you conducting mass outreach for long lead lists? Thanks in advance!
