How I Got My First AI Automation Client

When I started, I made the same mistake most people make.

I collected random business leads and started sending outreach.

But I was not getting good replies because those businesses did not have a clear reason to need my automation.

Then I changed my approach.

Instead of targeting random companies, I started looking for businesses already showing signs that they had a real problem.

For example:

* Hiring receptionists or support staff

* Running paid ads

* Receiving lots of calls or enquiries

* Responding slowly to new leads

* Doing repetitive manual work

* Growing their team or locations

Then I contacted the right decision-maker and connected my message directly to the problem I noticed.

That simple change helped me get better replies and eventually close my first AI automation client.
